The problem

Most WhatsApp leads are lost after the expensive part.

The click arrives. The process does not.

Someone taps the ad with a question and lands in an inbox nobody owns. The reply comes two hours later, after the buying moment has passed. The ad worked, but the slow reply lost the lead.

Every conversation starts from zero

The salesperson cannot see which ad brought the enquiry or what the person asked for. They ask the same questions again, and the buyer has to repeat information they already gave.

Broadcast volume gets mistaken for a system

Sending more messages is not a strategy. Without permission and a useful reason to reply, bulk messages create noise, risk account restrictions and teach people to ignore you.

The click is paid for.The conversation needs an owner. The sale needs a source.

Method

From the ad click to the final result.

Four simple stages connect each conversation to a clear result.

01 — Keep the context

The first message explains why the person arrived.

Each ad opens a prepared message linked to the offer. The salesperson can see what the person wants before asking the first question, and you can see which ad produced the conversation.

02 — Route and respond

Reply quickly and give every conversation an owner.

Before the ads start, we decide who replies, how quickly they reply and which questions they ask. An automatic message can respond at once, then a person takes over when real help is needed.

03 — Follow up

Send useful reminders, not daily messages.

Follow-ups provide proof, answer a missing question, remind someone about an appointment or offer a clear next step. Messages stop when the person replies or asks to stop.

04 — Record the result

Track whether the conversation became a sale.

We record whether each enquiry became useful, booked, attended or sold. This helps us improve the ads that bring real customers, not just cheap chats.

Questions

Asked before the first campaign.

Is this bulk WhatsApp messaging?

No. We run ads that open WhatsApp, organise who replies and set up follow-up messages for people who have given permission. We do not buy lists or send unwanted bulk messages.

Can we keep our existing WhatsApp number?

Usually, yes. It depends on whether the number is already connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform and which provider currently manages it. We audit the setup first and recommend the least disruptive route.

Does a bot handle the whole conversation?

No. Automation is useful for acknowledgement, routing, simple qualification and reminders. A human should take over when the buyer has a real question, an objection or a high-value decision to make.

Who writes the messages and follow-up flow?

We map and write the flow with your sales team. The language should sound like the business, answer the questions buyers actually ask and give the salesperson enough room to respond naturally.

How do you measure whether it works?

We track which ad started the chat, whether the enquiry was useful, whether an appointment was booked and whether a sale happened. We never present every chat as revenue.
