What it does

Four simple parts.

01

Campaigns

Build a send, pick the list, schedule it. One-off broadcasts for launches, offers and announcements.

02

Drip sequences

Timed follow-up that starts when someone enters the list, so a lead that went quiet still hears from you on day three.

03

Contact management

Lists, groups and unsubscribes in one place, so someone who bought last week stops receiving emails meant for new customers.

04

Your own SMTP

Connect the email sending account you already pay for. Your domain and sending reputation stay under your control.

Where it fits

Ads bring the first visit. Email helps turn it into a sale.

Most businesses pay for an enquiry then wait a week to follow up. Timely emails keep the offer in front of people while they still care.

How a sequence runs

One lead, one week

  1. Day 0Here is what you asked aboutFirst touch, the same hour the lead arrivesSent
  2. Day 3The question most people ask before buyingObjection handledSent
  3. Day 7Still interested? The offer is hereOffer repeatedSentNot sent: they replied
  4. Day 4Re: The question most people ask before buyingThe lead writes back. The sequence stops for them.Reply
A reply stops that contact's active sequences, so nobody gets "Still interested?" after they have already answered.

01 — After the ad click

Follow-up that starts the same hour the lead arrives.

A form submission is not a sale. Follow-up emails repeat the offer, answer common questions and give the sales team a clear reason to call back.

Day 0First touch
Day 3Objection handled
Day 7Offer repeated

02 — After the sale

The list you already paid to build, worked properly.

Repeat purchases and referrals usually cost less than finding a new customer. Group people by what they did, then send relevant emails.

Before you start

The useful questions, answered plainly.

Is SendPilot an email provider?

No. SendPilot is the campaign, sequence and contact-management layer. You connect your own SMTP provider, which handles delivery and may charge separately for sending.

Does SendPilot own or lock in my list?

No. Your contacts and sending account remain yours. You can export your contacts, and unsubscribed people stay blocked from future sends.

What should I set up before the first campaign?

You need a verified domain, an SMTP sending account, a contact list that has agreed to receive email and a clear unsubscribe option. A clean list matters more than a clever subject line.

Can Elite Media 360 build the sequences?

Yes. We can map the journey, write the emails and connect the sequence to the paid-media or sales workflow. The software can also be used independently.

Create an account, connect your SMTP, import your list. If you'd rather we set the sequences up alongside your ads, book a call.
